How Linux taught me how to use the home directory

Indeed, it did. I always felt uncomfortable to use My Documents folder for storing all my files. I never used My Music. I just felt it was better to use a custom directory. But recently, after a 1 month journey with Ubuntu (and development with Ruby on Rails on it) I just managed to learn how to use my home folder (of course if you can call it in Windows).

I get even happier and can’t wait Windows Vista, as it simplifies access to home dir, it cuts the lenght of the “Documents and Settings” directory just to “Users”!

I never thought that Linux would teach me such thing.
